1. Information we collect
RDB may collect information you provide directly, including your name, age, phone number, email address, boxing or combat-sport background, gym and coach details, training history, strengths, weaknesses, availability, competition information and other details submitted through an application or enquiry.
If you provide links to sparring, training or fight footage, those links and the information connected with your review request may also be retained for coaching purposes.
2. How information is used
Your information may be used to assess whether RDB is the right fit, respond to enquiries, recommend a service, arrange coaching, deliver technical or tactical analysis, communicate with you, manage bookings and maintain coaching records.
Website information may also be used to maintain security, diagnose technical problems and understand how the website is being used where analytics or similar tools are configured.
3. Footage, notes and coaching information
Footage supplied for review is used for the purpose for which it was provided, such as technical analysis, sparring review, opponent analysis or fight preparation. RDB does not obtain ownership of footage merely because it is submitted for review.
Coaching notes, ratings, development observations and tactical feedback may be created as part of the coaching process. These records are used to support fighter development and service delivery.
4. Fight IQ Hub
If you use the RDB Fight IQ Hub, additional information may be associated with your account, including profile data, coach feedback, ratings, notes, tasks, messages, video reviews and development history. Access to that platform may require separate account credentials.
5. Storage and security
RDB takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should avoid submitting information that is not reasonably required for the service.
7. Access, correction and deletion requests
You may contact RDB to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you, subject to legal, operational and record-keeping requirements. RDB may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
