1. Eligibility and coaching fit
RDB is designed primarily for serious intermediate and advanced fighters. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. RDB may decline an application where the service is not considered an appropriate fit for the fighter’s level, goals, conduct, availability or coaching needs.
2. Applications and bookings
An enquiry or application is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after RDB has accepted the arrangement and any required payment or booking conditions have been completed.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your experience, training status, injuries, limitations and other matters that may materially affect the coaching.
3. Coaching, Development and Pro Hire
Private Coaching and Fighter Development are structured around technical and tactical boxing development using the Hybrid Punisher System. Development may include work outside the physical session, such as review, planning, progression tracking and coaching direction.
RDB Pro Hire provides one 4.5-hour booking of professional RDB time for $500 at the current advertised rate. The full 4.5 hours are completed in that single booking and may move between in-person technical work, footage analysis, opponent analysis, tactical discussion, strategy or other agreed boxing-specific work. Pro Hire does not require the fighter to leave an existing coach or gym.
4. Prices and payments
Prices displayed on the relevant service page or confirmed directly with you at the time of booking apply to that booking. Prices may change for future bookings. Pro Hire is paid upfront on arrival before the 4.5-hour booking begins. Any other payment schedule, package requirement or expiry condition supplied when your booking is confirmed forms part of these terms.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling and unused time
If you need to change a session or agreed service time, contact RDB as early as possible. Any specific cancellation window, rescheduling condition, expiry period or treatment of unused package time communicated at the time of booking applies to that service.
Where Australian Consumer Law provides a right to a refund, replacement or other remedy, those rights are not excluded by these terms.
6. Boxing and physical training risk
Boxing and combat-sport training involve inherent physical risks, including the risk of impact, fatigue, strains, sprains and more serious injury. You are responsible for disclosing relevant injuries, medical limitations or restrictions before training and for obtaining appropriate medical advice where required.
Technical or controlled sparring is used only where appropriate to the fighter and development objective. Participation remains subject to coaching judgment, safety considerations and the fighter’s agreement.
7. Conduct and coaching relationship
RDB expects respectful conduct, honest communication, coachability and reasonable adherence to agreed training standards. RDB may end or refuse a coaching relationship where conduct is unsafe, abusive, dishonest, persistently disruptive or incompatible with the service.
8. RDB intellectual property
The Hybrid Punisher System, RDB coaching frameworks, manuals, worksheets, training modules, written materials, graphics and original coaching resources remain the intellectual property of REAL DEAL BOXING unless stated otherwise.
Materials supplied to a fighter are for that fighter’s personal development and must not be copied, sold, republished, distributed, taught commercially or represented as another coach’s system without written permission.
9. Footage and analysis
Footage supplied by you remains yours or subject to the rights of the original owner. RDB may view and analyse submitted footage for the agreed coaching purpose. Submission does not give RDB permission to publish your footage publicly unless separate permission is provided.
10. Fight IQ access
Fight IQ access may be provided as a separate monthly service or as otherwise agreed. Account credentials are personal and should not be shared. Access may be suspended or ended for non-payment, misuse, security reasons or where the underlying coaching or platform arrangement ends.
11. No guaranteed competitive outcomes
RDB provides coaching, analysis and development systems. It does not guarantee selection, wins, titles, professional opportunities, specific performance improvements or any particular competitive result. Boxing outcomes depend on many factors outside any coach’s control.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
